Thousands of people gathered on Tehran’s Tabiat Bridge to share a massive iftar meal in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan. The event, which featured a 270-meter-long dining spread, welcomed around 2,000 attendees, offering a unique experience of unity and tradition.
Volunteers worked tirelessly to prepare and serve meals, reinforcing the core Ramadan values of simplicity and community. “All Muslims know that the foundation of Ramadan is a simple iftar and a simple life with everyone together,” said Mohammad Hosein Hejazi, CEO of the Abbasabad Cultural and Tourism Zone. Attendees expressed their appreciation for the warm and inclusive atmosphere.
“It felt like being at our grandparents’ home, where the whole family gathers together,” said one participant. The event, held at one of Tehran’s most famous landmarks, showcased the spirit of generosity and togetherness that defines Ramadan, leaving a lasting impression on those who attended.
