Thousands of fans filled Milan’s iconic San Siro Stadium as the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics officially began. Supporters from around the world waved national flags and celebrated a historic moment as Italy hosted the Olympic Games once again. The spectacular opening ceremony featured world-renowned artists including Mariah Carey, Andrea Bocelli, and Laura Pausini, with more than 1,300 volunteers helping bring the event to life. The Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics will run from February 6 to 22, welcoming nearly 2,800 athletes from over 90 countries across northern Italy.
